Everything you need for a comfortable holiday in the Dordogne: a fully equipped kitchen, romantic bedroom, marble bathroom, private pool and 6,000 m² of gardens.
Whereas the gardens outside the tower are easy to photograph, the inside is not only small but round, so taking realistic pictures is not easy. However, the spaces have been cleverly converted to give plenty of space for cooking, eating, bathing, sleeping, relaxing…

Ground Floor
The ground floor is the heart of the tower: a round kitchen and dining room where you cook, eat and linger. A wood-burning stove in the stone fireplace keeps it wonderfully cosy on cooler evenings.
Wander outside with your breakfast, lunch or dinner and you are on the terrace in a matter of steps.

Kitchen
The cooking area under the stairs is sunk into the wall, finished with fumed oak and a slate worktop. There are cupboards and storage shelves everywhere, including one that exactly fits a French baguette.
You cook with an airfryer, a Nespresso machine, a compact dishwasher and a fridge; a freezer and washing machine are in the outbuilding. In short: well equipped for people who love to cook.

Bathroom
The floor, walls and bath surround are lined with creamy white and grey marble. Light falls in through a stained-glass window, which gives the room a soft, golden glow.
Besides the washbasin there is a large cast-iron bath and a shower, so you can choose between a long soak and a quick rinse after the pool.

Bedroom
Climb the handmade oak spiral staircase to the second floor and you reach the bedroom, where three beautiful windows give glorious views over the surrounding countryside.
The double bed measures 160 x 200 cm, the best size that could fit the round room, and morning light through the stained glass makes waking up here rather special.

Attic
Under the oak beams of the attic you will find two comfortable armchairs with an ottoman: the perfect reading corner, or a cosy movie spot on a rainy evening.
There is a smart TV with Netflix, though with views and skies like these, it rarely gets much use.

Pool
The private pool is a generous 10 x 5 metres with Roman steps, and deep enough for diving at the deep end. It is open from mid-May to September, exclusively for guests of the tower.
Around it lies a large sun terrace with two parasols, sun loungers and cushions, and that view of the tower rising above the greenery.

Garden
The 6,000 m² grounds are yours alone: a tiled terrace with flowerbeds around the tower, and beyond it the wide open spaces of the wild garden.
In spring the wisteria pergola is in full bloom, and two hammocks hang in the shade of the trees for lazy afternoons with a book.
