Prices shown are per week. Your rental fee includes all linen (sheets, towels, pool towels, etc.) and all electricity (except from October until May).
Payment & Cancellation
A 25% deposit is due on booking confirmation. The remaining 75% is payable 8 weeks before the rental starts.

Location
The tower stands just outside Saint-Maime-de-Péreyrol, a small village in the heart of the Dordogne, halfway between the historic cities of Périgueux and Bergerac, and 8km from the thriving market town of Vergt. Bergerac airport is around 35 minutes’ drive; Bordeaux is around 1.5 hours.
When to Visit
Spring, wild orchids bloom from March/April, and May brings the local strawberry festival.
Summer, the most popular season, with the pool open and lively local markets.
Autumn, the October pumpkin festival, the grape harvest, and autumn delicacies.
Winter, cosy days by the fire, truffle hunting, and winter markets with oysters.
